It is the vision of the Community Safety Group to:
“Make Aston a place that is safer, free from the fear of crime, drugs and anti-social behaviour that affects the Aston family”
The vision is being achieved by supporting individuals, groups and services that help to:
- Reduce the level of offending in Aston especially house burglary, street robbery and motor vehicle crime
- Reduce perceptions that youth crime is a problem
- Reduce perceptions that illegal drug use and drug dealing is a problem
- Reduce the fear of crime
The Community, Aston Pride and service partners have helped to make Aston a safer place.
